Scythe & Sparrow

Brynne Weaver's Scythe & Sparrow, closing the Ruinous Love trilogy. Doctor Fionn Kane is running from a broken heart he hopes to mend in small-town Nebraska, far from his derailed surgical career and his almost-fiancee. What he finds instead is Rose Evans, and a friends-with-benefits arrangement that spirals into murder, mayhem, and far more feeling than either of them bargained for.
