We want every Spicy Sugar purchase to feel like a good decision - the morning after kind, not the regret kind. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Books
Book returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. We accept a printed receipt, gift receipt, or your order record in your Spicy Sugar account.
We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange on any book we determine to be in read, damaged, or otherwise unsellable condition. We love a well-loved book - we just can't resell one.
Everything Else
All other items may be returned within 15 days of purchase in original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
Final Sale — No Exceptions
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Used or pre-owned books
- Any item that has been opened, used, or removed from original packaging
- Gift cards
How to Return
In store: Bring your item and proof of purchase. We'll take care of you.
Online orders: Email us at [spicysugarbookstore@gmail.com] before sending anything back. We'll confirm eligibility and give you instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrived damaged or we made an error, that's on us — reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item back.
