Shipping Policy
We pack with care and ship with Canada Post. Here's what to expect once you place your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day. We're small but we're quick.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order — so you always pay exactly what it costs, nothing more.
Free shipping on Canadian orders over $125 CAD (after discounts, before taxes). Consider it our love language.
Delivery Estimates

These are estimates, not promises. Canada Post does their best — and so do we — but peak seasons and occasional delays happen.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Watch for it — it's exciting.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If something arrives broken or doesn't show up at all, please email us at [spicysugarbookstore@gmail.com] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll follow up with Canada Post and make sure you're looked after.
